We do this in three distinct chapters.
1. Get to know you deeply
During a wide-ranging intake interview, we’ll discover the tiniest, most important details: your favorite songs, where you met your partner, your weekly traditions, the best meal you ever ate, the book you reread every year. These can all spark inspiration for utterly personalized event features.
2. Build a custom event design and plan
Over the course of regular planning meetings and updates, we’ll guide you in assembling the most innovative and dynamic vendors from our trusted network to deliver the colors, sounds, tastes, and scents for your unique event.
3. Execute with military precision
GvW planners are detail zealots, and we pride ourselves on bringing the strategic, operational, and commercial nous gleaned from top-performing executive environments to ensure that your event runs without a hitch.
During the planning process, you can expect regular, timely updates on your budget, timeline, and event progress, as well as self-serve access to crucial documents.
